You can choose between pre-payment by international banc account or credit card. You'll receive a copy from your order on your e-mail address as confirmation of order.
Most of the orders we can send out the next days. In case goods were produced specially for you, it can take 1-2 weeks. Also when goods are imported from foreign countries, it takes a deliverytime of 2-6 weeks, we inform you so you have the chance to cancel or change your order or wait for it.
We send the goods out using two methods:
Standard-service with an insurance up to 25€ by post and you have to affirm that you get the parcel. The postwoman will offer the parcel at the delivery-address and will leave a notification when nobody's home so you can pick the parcel up in the postoffice when the postman couldn't deliver. Make sure you fill in the right address, so that the postperson can find the same name as we send it to next to the bell in order to avoid parcels being returned because they're undeliverable.
Express-service by private parcel service (usually GLS): this service is more expensive but faster and insured up to 500€. When you choose this service, you have a tracking number so you can trace the parcel. Expected deliverytimes upon shipment are as follows: Europe 1-2 days (sometimes 3).
We cannot be hold responsible for delayed orders due to problems with delivery with post and/or parcel service. Of course we will do our best to solve problems should they occur. If you have not received the goods in time please contact us so we can investigate.
GUARANTEE OF GOODS / FAULTS AND EXCHANGES
Sexclusivitaeten guarantees the quality of all its products. Everything is checked for quality before we send it out. Should the goods arrive with a fault in materials or craftwomanship, please notify us and return it to us immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
The customer is entitled to return any item within 14 workdays after delivery for exchange or refund by Sexclusivitaeten, with the following limitations:
- Sexclusivitaeten does not refund transportation costs, only the returned goods
- if Sexclusivitaeten has to pay for import-tax of the returned goods we will deduct this amount from the refund
- the goods have to be absolutely new and unused
- we are not able to arrange a refund on returned toys once removed from the plastic foil due to hygienic reasons
- when the customer wants something else in exchange for the returned goods, Sexclusivitaeten is entitled to charge the customer for transportation costs
When Sexclusivitaeten cannot deliver the product within 30 days, the customer can cancel the order immediately if no other deliverydate has been agreed about.
When products are returned within the cooling down period of 14 workdays, Sexclusivitaeten will refund the customer within 30 days.
